ClickCertificati is an administrative intermediation service specialised in requesting, collecting and delivering civil registry and vital records certificates issued by Italian municipalities (Comuni).
We have been operating in this field for over 10 years and have handled thousands of cases on behalf of private individuals, law firms, professional practices and companies, both in Italy and abroad.
How We Work
We liaise directly with municipal offices throughout Italy. We request the certificate from the relevant Comune, collect it, and deliver it to the client either digitally via email or as a paper original by express courier, anywhere in Italy or the world.
Apostille and Certified Translations
For documents intended for international use, we manage the entire Apostille legalisation process. This procedure applies exclusively to the original paper document and requires coordination between the Comune issuing the certificate and the competent Prefettura (Prefecture), which affixes the Apostille. We handle every step, from collecting the certificate at the Comune to legalisation at the Prefettura and shipping the apostilled document to the client.
Likewise, for clients who require certified translations, we coordinate the entire process with official court-appointed sworn translators, ensuring a document ready for use abroad.
What We Are Not
We are not a public authority and do not issue government documents. Every certificate provided is the official document issued by the relevant Comune. We act exclusively as intermediaries, requesting and collecting documents on behalf of the client based on a formal authorisation (power of attorney).
Who We Work With
We work with private individuals who are unable to go to the Comune in person, with Italian citizens residing abroad, and with law firms, agencies and companies that require certificates in high volumes and with reliable turnaround times.
